How to prepare a price enquiry
What information is needed to discuss the product, quantity and delivery.
Identify the product and quantity
Provide the name or product code, pack size and number of packs. If you have not chosen a product, describe the equipment and the exact required specification. A car brand or viscosity alone is not enough to verify suitability.
Collect the items in your cart
Check the selected variants and quantities. If the site offers a price enquiry, use it to clarify the terms. Sending a price enquiry does not confirm availability, price or payment.
Agree the terms
Include the delivery location and a contact for the reply. For a company, add its details and required volume. Before buying, confirm availability, final price, tax status, payment method, delivery cost and timing.
