Controller and contact
Lubrix Oils s.r.o., IČO 24538868, is the controller. For personal data enquiries and requests, contact [email protected]. Company details are shown on this page.
Data and purposes
Accounts use an identifier, name, email and profile; orders use contacts, items, delivery and billing addresses, company details, documents, payment amount and transfer reference, and order statuses. B2B enquiries, communications, returns and complaints are retained for handling. Sessions, carts and technical events support operation and security. Do not send payment card details in an enquiry.
Legal bases
A requested account, purchase and pre-contract enquiry rely on the contract or steps taken at your request: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Accounting and tax obligations rely on point (c). Protecting access and legal claims, and contacting company representatives, rely on justified legitimate interests under point (f). Necessary data do not require advertising consent; the relevant order cannot be fulfilled without an address or contact. Withdrawing separate consent does not end processing needed for a contract or legal obligation.
Recipients and retention
Data are accessed by authorised staff and service providers only as needed to operate the website and handle your request or purchase. We retain data only for the relevant purpose, applicable legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Account closure does not remove records that must be retained by law. Contact us for information about the processing of your specific data.
Your rights
Using the controller's contact, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. A response is normally provided within one month; the law allows a justified extension with notice. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect data. Complaints can be lodged with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz. The shop does not use solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
