Controller and scope

Lubrix Oils s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 24538868, is responsible for the shop and the storage described here. Identification and contact details appear on this page; for personal data matters, write to [email protected]. This policy covers the shop website currently open, not automatically every similarly named website. It complements the privacy notice; terms of sale do not replace cookie choices.

Cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage

The browser attaches cookies to requests for the corresponding domain and path. localStorage retains data for the website origin between visits; sessionStorage does so within a tab. The latter two do not automatically send their contents to the server, but site scripts can read them. Device-access rules apply regardless of the technology's name or whether personal data are present. The table below lists the active storage precisely.

What we actually use

Only tools for requested functions are used: sign-in and cart, form protection, retaining refusal of optional cookies, order results, selected background motion and website language. Motion and language preferences are saved at your instruction. No optional analytics or advertising providers are connected: the shop does not run traffic measurement, advertising pixels or cross-site advertising profiling. We therefore do not ask for consent to non-existent tools.

Necessity and legal bases

Storing or reading information on a device requires no prior consent only for transmitting a communication or a strictly necessary function you requested: ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) and Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. Subsequent processing of personal data needs its own GDPR basis. Account and order sessions serve the requested service under Article 6(1)(b); form and access protection and respecting choices rely on the justified interest in safe operation and preventing unwanted tracking under point (f). The technical-storage exception does not authorise other purposes.

Data content and recipients

Technical values contain session and security identifiers, settings, the time and version of a choice, and data needed for the order result. An identifier may be linked to an account or cart on the server and is not therefore anonymous. The controller and its authorised technical suppliers have access to the necessary extent. These tools do not transfer data to advertising or analytics providers. The table shows the actual setter, scope and purpose; order details are covered in the privacy notice.

Domain, durations and renewal

First-party means set within the shop's own scope; it does not exclude server-service suppliers. The table shows the actual domain scope, which determines which requests may carry a cookie. A stated duration is the maximum after setting or renewing a value, not unlimited permission. Writing a necessary cookie again may renew its duration; merely browsing is not renewed consent. Refusal is retained for no more than 365 days after explicit saving. You or the browser can remove data earlier. localStorage has no built-in expiry; restoring a tab may sometimes preserve sessionStorage beyond an ordinary close.

Saving refusal and withdrawing an earlier choice

Open Cookie settings using the footer link and save necessary cookies only. This also replaces an earlier optional choice with refusal. The page has a server form that works without JavaScript; sign-in is not required. The choice applies to this browser, not automatically to other devices. If saving fails, the site displays a message: wait for confirmation before treating the choice as saved. Optional services currently remain off regardless of the saved choice.

Browser controls and their limits

Browser settings let you inspect, delete or block this site's data. Blocking necessary cookies may interrupt sign-in, the cart or form submission; deleting the motion preference resets it. General third-party cookie blocking may not block first-party cookies or localStorage. Deleting browser data or withdrawing a choice does not automatically delete the account, orders, documents, logs or backups on the server. Retention and deletion depend on the purpose and legal obligations; direct questions to the controller.

Rights and supervisory authority

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of personal data. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation; the justification for continuing is assessed separately. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. The controller receives requests through the listed contacts and normally replies within one month, with the possibility of a justified extension under the GDPR. Complaints may be lodged with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection through uoou.gov.cz. The shop's technical storage is not used for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
